Shipping policies and information
Shipping, Damage, and Return Policy:
All damages that occurred during shipping must be noted on the delivery slip (if possible) at the time of receipt. Customer must contact shipper for disposition. Photos of the damage will help expedite the claim.
All items returned to Mauihoney's® for replacement, repair or credit must be pre-authorized by Mauihoney's®' within 5 days of
customer receipt. These items must be re-packaged in their original shipping
container (s). If damage occurs during shipping returns to Mauihoney's®
due to poor packaging, it may be refused at customer's expense and will not be eligible for credit or exchange.

These rates are based on UPS charts and may change at any time.
Mauihoney's® cannot control or guarantee the rates and makes no
arrangements with UPS for these rates. All shipping will be charged at
rates as they exist at the time of shipment.
Note:
The rates listed on this page do not apply to shipments to AK, HI,
international, or shipments to APO or FPO. Please
contact
us for shipping information on these destinations.
To
find your shipping charge:
First
- determine the zone you are in using the Zone Chart. To determine the
zone you are in, take the first three digits of your zip code and refer to
the Zone Chart below.
(A dash means ground shipping is
unavailable in your area.)
Second
- Using that zone and the weight of your order use the
Rate Chart below the Zone Chart to determine the cost of shipping.
Note:
For
shipping purposes, all shipping weights are listed with the individual
product in each section.
Weight
for the total order that is above a whole pound is rounded up to the next
pound. (ex.
2lb 3oz = 3lbs.)
